Shipping Information

At Aromë Fragrances, we strive to ensure that your order arrives promptly and safely. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

• Refund Eligibility: If you’re not satisfied with your fragrance, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at arome@aromefragrances.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
